Onsite Maintenance and Support Contracts for HP Legacy Systems

 

We realize that many DEC Compaq/HP servers and workstations are operating way beyond what the manufacturer specified as supportable or serviceable life.

Our aim is to keep your systems online, supported and serviced for however long you require.

We acheive this through service life maintenance planning, identifying weak parts of your systems and recommending upgrades that stabilize the systems you have, extending their serviceable life and minimizing potential downtime in the future.

 

The modular design of Alpha Servers and our commitment to HP Alpha and Integrity specialisation means that upgrades and parts for service including cabinets and drawers as well as CPUs, memory, and adapters will remain available for from Rock Hall for at least the next 5 years.

We offer maintenance support contracts at 2 basic customizable levels: 
 

Level 1

Dedicated buffer spares held off site. 

Telephone support.

Dedicated support contact.

Onsite Service next day 8-6 Monday to Friday.

 

 

Level 2

Spare parts held on site.

Dedicated support contact.

Telephone support available 24 - 7.

 

Onsite Service same day 24 - 7.
