We service DEC, Compaq and HP systems aiming to return them usually within 10 days from receipt and if possible within a working week.

Following an initial inspection and fault evaluation we provide a quotation for any work necessary before proceeding. We try to inspect and evaluate a system the day it is received so that any parts required can be placed on order and we can get the system back to you as quickly as possible.

A written fault report and details of repair are provided.
