Maintenance Contracts

Many HP Compaq and IBM servers are operating way beyond what was originally specified as supportable or serviceable life and our aim is to keep those systems online, supported and serviced for however long they are required.

  • We support HP Proliant and Integrity, HP9000, DEC Compaq Alpha, IBM i and p Series, RISC6000 and AS400 systems.
  • On-Site Maintenance coverage in both the UK and Europe.

On Site Maintenance Options

  • Mon – Fri from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
  • Mon – Fri from 7 a.m to 1 a.m.
  • 7 Days a week / 24 hours a day.

The rapidness of response is selected by yourselves depending upon
your requirements, either 4hrs, 8hrs or next day. We also provide telephone and remote support
services as required.

For IT departments that self maintain their systems but need
dedicated parts support.

As soon as you let us know you have a faulty part, we send the
replacement immediately from dedicated and tested stock.
Parts are delivered either by same day courier or for next day
delivery depending on the level of cover required.

HP Compaq repair services

In house test platforms for HP Proliant and Integrity, HP9000 and Alpha servers

Our in-house engineers have decades of experience specializing in HP
midrange hardware and following an initial inspection we carry
out a full fault evaluation and provide a quotation for any work or
parts required before proceeding.

Repaired units are rigorously tested prior to return to ensure the
highest quality service, a fault report and 90 days return warranty
are also provided.
