levels
Level 1
- Dedicated spares are held at our site fully tested and
available to the customer on a next day courier service.
Telephone support from our engineering staff is also
provided to assist your staff to identify faults as
required.
Level 2
-
Engineer on site same or next day depending on customer
requirements and dedicated on site spares alongside
telephone and dial up support.
These levels can be customised to meet your particular
requirements. An expert knowledge of our contract customers
systems and a policy of proactive maintenance provides a
service that is integrated into your own maintenance
department and is focused on minimising down time and
disruption to your systems and business.
